Good to know

Common questions

How does the wand work?

A gentle pull down or push up on the wand and the motor takes over. There is nothing to program and nothing to learn.

What powers it?

A battery, tucked out of sight. No cords to the wall and no wiring needed.

Is it child-safe?

Yes. There are no tangled cords at all, which is why Hunter Douglas calls it ideal for homes with children and pets.
