Q: Can I add the app and schedules later?

Yes. PowerView Motorization upgrades to full PowerView Automation anytime, adding the app, schedules, scenes, and voice control.

PowerView® motorization moves your shades from a remote, the app, or a schedule. No cords, no reaching over the sofa, no forgetting the west windows at four o'clock.

Good to know

Common questions

How long do the batteries last?

About a year of typical use, per Hunter Douglas, depending on shade size and how often it moves. Rechargeable wands top up in place, without taking the shade down.

Can I add the app and schedules later?

Yes. PowerView® Motorization upgrades to full PowerView® Automation anytime, adding the app, schedules, scenes, and voice control.

Are motorized shades child-safe?

Yes. There are no lift cords at all, which makes motorized shades a smart choice for homes with children and pets.
