We were debating whether to order online and save a lot of money or to order from Eagle Harbor. The representative, Dustin, was so good to work with that we decided to go through Eagle Harbor. We are both glad we did as we had a large, somewhat complicated order and it was good to have professional guidance and installation. The installer, Jim, was also good to work with. A small problem did occur, but Dustin took full responsibility to get it fixed quickly. I recommend him and Eagle Harbor.
Great shades and blinds that Michelle did for 7 rooms in our new house. I had shopped around several other stores to compare quotes and quality and Michelle at Eagle Harbor had them all beat! The Hunter Douglas products she sold us are wonderful and her installer is the best! Thanks, Michelle, we will be calling you soon to do some additional windows this summer.
I had a single window that needed a blind to match the rest of the windows in an office space following build out. Michelle came by to measure the window and made recommendations on the best matches to what was already existing. After ordering, installation was scheduled and the installer, Jim, was exceptional. Not only did he install my new blind, but he went around to all of my other blinds and put on tassels for all of them that were missing. Great experience from start to finish. I’d highly recommend them for your window covering needs.
