I had a terrific experience with Eagle Harbor. I needed blinds before I could move into my new place and Michelle was great and super responsive. I was able to get an appointment fast (covid precautions were great), she provided great advice and information on choices, she got everything ordered, and even with all the supply issues everyone has been having, the blinds arrived and were installed in the time frame she provided. The installer did a terrific job and left the place clean. The blinds are really nice and work very well. I highly recommend this business for high quality blinds and great service and professionalism.
Michelle was so great to work with. She gave an estimate in 24 hours, came out to help decide onsite what would work best, and met our deadlines. Blinds are an expensive investment, so I got another bid to compare. I reached out to Costco and their blind contact came out and gave me an estimate a few days later. The guy was super nice, but his estimate was WAY more than Michelle’s. The customer service, price and product are worth it!
We used Eagle Harbor Window Coverings a few months ago for custom sun shading blinds that would match the other blinds purchased by the previous owners of our new home. Everyone we dealt with at Eagle Harbor was knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional, including their installer. The blinds were exactly as ordered and fit beautifully. Great customer experience!
We were debating whether to order online and save a lot of money or to order from Eagle Harbor. The representative, Dustin, was so good to work with that we decided to go through Eagle Harbor. We are both glad we did as we had a large, somewhat complicated order and it was good to have professional guidance and installation. The installer, Jim, was also good to work with. A small problem did occur, but Dustin took full responsibility to get it fixed quickly. I recommend him and Eagle Harbor.
